The e-learning is a process that gives the opportunity to mature professionally using the Internet. Lately, e-learninig is at the first place of the innovation processes in the society of professional training.
The E-Learning is composed of some essential elements:
- Personal computer with a connection to the Internet, fundamental tool in order to benefit the course of learning and all educational multimedia documents
- Independence from the training course, without constraints physical presence or time-specific;
- Interaction with the teachers through the use of communication network (email, chat ...);
- Educational multimedia documents to encourage better understanding of content;
Through the internet, e-learning offers asynchronous and/or synchronous training, since all participants can access content course anytime and everywhere that there is a connection to the network, allowing self-management and the self learning.
The primary purpose of e-learning is to join resources, share experiences and work together to achieve determinate objectives by promoting the exchange of information.
